A true celebration of kids in sport, the Junior Touch JAM Festival brings together school teams from across the country to experience a touch competition like no other.
Bouncy castles, face painters, slip’n’slides, round robin touch games where participation and GREAT times are the winners on the day.
Delivered by the whanau, quality focused team at Total Touch Wellington, the Junior Touch JAM Festival is the place to be this November.
If you want your kids to experience the fun, camaraderie, and support of a sports tournament with a fun, positive, participation focus, this is the event for you.

Hutt Park - 93 Hutt Park Road
The tournament is open to all students from Year 1/2, Year 3/4, Year 5/6 and Year 7/8 mixed, girls and boys, school teams. With the aim to highlight participation and enjoyment of sport, the tournament will have a round robin structure, no official score cards and celebrating the tournament’s values at each prize giving.
We have an extremely exciting weekend lined up for the teams and their supporters. Enjoy your time in the Hutt Valley with some special offers and highlights in the area.
Each team is encouraged to bring a tent/marquee to set up on Friday for the tournament. Security will be on the grounds Friday night.
Entry is open to school teams throughout New Zealand. All members of the team must go to the same school and be signed off by the principal as students.
The tournament will only be cancelled if there are severe weather warnings or the conditions are deemed unsafe by the tournament organisers.

Junior Touch JAM Festival is open to all primary schools within New Zealand. Registrations close at midnight 7 November 2022.
Total Touch Wellington are organising and delivering the Junior Touch JAM Festival on behalf of Atawhai Charitable Trust.
Here are the rules of how to play touch, however we may have some slight amendments that will be detailed in the managers pack e.g. 5 aside for Year 5/6, modified field and one handed touches - next to zero force.
